Terms of Service

Hishum provides professional cleaning and maintenance of graves at cemeteries in Armenia, either as a one-time visit or as a recurring care subscription (two or four visits per year), with photo documentation delivered after each visit.

Add-on services (flowers, candles, holiday services, and similar) may be ordered alongside a package.

You confirm that you have the family authority to request care of the specified grave, and that the location details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

If a grave cannot be located from the details provided, we will contact you to clarify before performing or billing any visit beyond the first attempt.

Prices are shown per visit in US dollars. One-time services are charged once; subscriptions are billed automatically per their stated interval until cancelled. All payments are processed by Stripe.

You may pause or cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing and your service continues to the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

Visits are scheduled by our team with regard to season, weather, and cemetery access; specific dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. After each visit you receive photo documentation of the work performed.

Weather, cemetery closures, or safety conditions may delay a visit; in such cases the visit is rescheduled at no extra cost.

We do not perform structural monument repair, engraving, exhumation, or any work requiring cemetery-administration or family-plot legal permissions beyond routine care, unless expressly agreed in writing as a separate service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

We perform services with professional care and respect. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
