Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and preferred language, provided when you create an account or place an order.

Memorial information: the name of the deceased, cemetery, plot or section details, and grave location you provide so that we can perform the service. This may include personal data about deceased persons and, indirectly, about their families.

Photos: before-and-after photographs of the grave taken by our team as proof of completed work.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we keep only payment status and transaction references.

Technical data: basic analytics (pages visited, device type) and error diagnostics, collected via Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Sentry.

To perform the services you order: locating and caring for the grave, scheduling visits, and sending you photo documentation.

To manage your account and subscription, send service notifications (visit reminders, completed-visit reports, billing notices), and respond to support requests.

To improve the service through aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (photo storage), SendGrid (email), Google (maps and analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only the data needed for its role.

We serve families worldwide; your data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, and Armenia by the providers above. We rely on their standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.

We keep account and memorial records while your account is active, and photo documentation so you can access your visit history. You may request deletion at any time (see Your rights); payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by contacting us at support@hishum.am. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

By ordering, you confirm you have the family authority to request care and photography of the specified grave. Photos are shared privately with the account that ordered the service and are not published without consent.

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and cart state, and analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. Your browser settings can restrict analytics cookies without affecting the core service.
